CLEANSE & DETOX

In an effort to cleanse and detox ourselves, we will be incorporating more green juices, smoothies, and water into our lifestyle as well as eating ALL RAW VEGAN foods! πŸŽπŸ‡πŸˆπŸ‰πŸŠπŸ‹πŸŒπŸπŸπŸπŸ‘πŸ’πŸ“πŸ₯πŸ…πŸ₯₯πŸ₯‘πŸ†πŸ₯•πŸ₯’πŸ₯¦πŸ„

HYDRATE

We'll be drinking a gallon of spring water daily. πŸ’§πŸ’§πŸ’§

MEDITATION, PRAYER & AFFIRMATIONS

We'll be making time to meditate and pray daily. At least 15-minutes in the morning and 15-minutes before going to bed.

Speak life into yourself daily! Look yourself in the mirror every day and speak words of affirmation, such as β€œI LOVE MYSELF” for example.

EXERCISE
We'll be incorporating light exercise such as yoga or running.

JOURNALING
We'll be writing in our gratitude journals daily on what we're grateful for and what we're happily manifesting right now.

Also, journal your experiences as you fast. How are you feeling? What changes have you noticed?

 

Please note: This is a 21-day challenge, but you can fast for as many days as you see fit as long as you stay consistent.
