How to Achieve Any Goal

Here at Queens Healing Queens, we are addicted to goal setting! Setting goals and accomplishing them are one of the key ways to change your reality. When you choose a definite goal, place all your energy, all your willpower, all your effort into it, you have no choice but to win. In order to be successful at goal setting, your goals have to become a true obsession. Only then are you able to plan definite ways to accomplish whatever it is that you set out to do.

How to set a goal and knock that shit out of the park:

  1. Focus your mind on exactly what you want to accomplish. It is not enough to just say, “I want this…” or “I want to do that…” Be as specific as possible.

  2. Figure out exactly what you intend to give in return for the goal you are trying to accomplish. (i.e. time, energy, effort, etc.) There is no such thing as “something for nothing.”

  3. Schedule an exact date when you plan to accomplish your goal by.

  4. Create a plan on how to accomplish your goal and begin now…like right now. It doesn’t matter if you are ready or not.

  5. Write out a clear statement listing your goal, your time-frame, what you intend to sacrifice, and how you plan to accomplish your goal.

  6. Read your statement out loud twice a day—as soon as you wake up in the morning and right before you go to bed at night. As you read, envision yourself doing exactly what you set out to do.

Here’s the trick: If you truly want something bad enough to the point that it becomes an obsession, you will have no trouble convincing yourself that you will obtain it. Happy goal setting, Queens!
