Your life is a mirror. What do we mean by this?
Our thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, experiences, and knowledge make up our individual worlds and influence how we see it. Whatever is going on in your mind is reflected in your daily life. The experiences you have, how you’re feeling, the life you create for yourself all come from the way you think.
Many people believe that they have no influence over what happens to them in life, but one of most powerful things that we know to be true here at Queens Healing Queens is that we can change our world just by changing how we think.
If you’re not happy with your life, consider how you are contributing to this reality. As they say, whether you think you can or can’t, you’re right. Basically…whatever you think and believe is what you will experience.
Everyone and everything that shows up in our life is a reflection of something that is happening inside of us. If you experience chaos and confusion inside, your external world has to reflect that. You have to see what you believe because you are the confused thinker looking out and seeing yourself. You are the interpreter of everything, and if you’re chaotic, what you hear and see has to be chaos.
Our entire life is a reflection of who we are inside. We can use our external world to learn more about who we are and our relationship with ourselves. If we live day-to-day feeling lonely and unsupported, we can flip those feelings on ourselves and notice that our personal relationship is not providing the support we truly need. Every little detail and emotion in our life is a chance to discover more about who we truly are inside and what we need to be happy.
You are continually shaping the world around you as a result of conscious and unconscious thoughts. If you entertain distorted thoughts, correct them to align with the truth. If you don’t, they are likely to lead you down the wrong path. The choice is yours. Happy healing, Queens! #rp #share #reality #thoughts #queenshealingqueens #mysisterskeeper #wegotus
